Another improvosational effort, based on a song I wrote in 1988. There is No guitar in this recording, just the sounds of the Kurzweil PC1x, and some stereo mix effects from the MRS8 8track. Very "synthesizerish".

This has to be one of the saddest, dark, and maybe even depressing things I have ever created. You can tell I listen to Pink Floyd and Emerson, Lake, and Palmer. This is one more from the improv gallery. This was done on the Kurzweil PC1x. No software, no sequencer and recorded on a Zoom MRS8 recorder.

Analog Wannabe

This is actually based on a song I have on Loudio called "White Bred Dance Demo." It's kind of a "reissue."
The old analog synthesizers are hard to get these days, and it's expensive to get a digital keyboard with the older sounds. This song is a compromise. It's got some "synful" elements, but not quite the real thing.
This was done on my Kurzweil PC1x keyboard, and recorded on a Zoom MRS8 digital recorder.

100% IMPROV. This is my new keyboard, the Kurzweil pc1x. 'Nuff said. I just had to put the Dracula Laugh in there. This is quite different, and quite long, and stupid simple (for me), but I liked it, and the "tape was rolling," so I played whatever came to mind.

Another one from the improv gallery. The sond is from my new addition: Kurzweil pc1x keyboard. What a board! (Who needs a guitar player when you have this?). There's lot of little 1970's tidbits in here if you listen closely.
