Hey Lizette, I think the best fruits are low gmyielcc index fruits. These are things like cherries, apples, pears, peaches, plums, grapes, kiwi, oranges and strawberries. And its best to avoid higher gmyielcc fruits like bananas, pineapples and watermelon. And yea I tend to have 1 piece of fruit in the morning and avoid it the rest of the day. Lunch and dinner I stick to non-starchy veggies. If I WOD in the evening and need the extra carbs I'll try to eat a small portion of sweet potato or pumpkin instead of fruit. Hope that helps!
